Payment and Shipping

Prices and methods of payment

The prices applied are those indicated on the site when ordering by the customer. The prices of individual items are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated on the site from time to time, cancel and replace those previously indicated. The price of the items purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the customer when ordering online, via PayPal, Bank Transfer in advance.

Payments are accepted through Paypal, a secure system used all over the world. Through your or our Paypal account. Credit cards accepted by Paypal are: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY, AURA CARD, for payment by Paypal, the shipment will take place within five working days from receipt of payment.

Bank transfer
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be managed only after receiving confirmation of the accreditation. Payment details for the wire transfer:

Shipping costs and methods

In case of payment by Paypal or bank transfer, the goods will be shipped within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery on territory generally takes place from 1 week to 4 weeks.

Shipping condition

At the price of the Product purchased by the Customer for which home delivery is required, an amount must be added as shipping costs. This amount is calculated automatically by the system, having regard, among others, to the weight and size of the Products, but without distinction related to the place of delivery. This amount will be indicated in the Purchase Order before it is sent by the Customer.

Shipping methods

Shipments for Italy will be made through the courier Poste Italiane or GLS.
Shipments for the European Union and for countries outside the European Union will be carried out by Crono International.

Insurance on our products

All our shipments are covered by “All Risks” insurance.

Shipping costs

To the price of the product purchased by the Customer, for which home delivery is required, must be added an amount for shipping costs. 
The shipping cost is € 60.

Great Britain: due to the recent commercial changes due to Brexit it is not possible for us to ship to Great Britain goods with a value less than £ 135, excluding shipping costs. In case of purchases below this amount you will be contacted by to modify your order or receive a refund.

Shipping time

In case of payment by Paypal or bank transfer, items will be shipped in 4-5 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of order.
If some of the items purchased are not available in our store, shipping times may vary depending on the time needed to create the items.

Shipment tracking

At the time of shipment, customers will receive an email from with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

Order Delivery

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If there is no possibility to open the package in front of the courier, to verify the integrity of the articles, is mandatory to sign with reserve.
If the package and / or items inside result damaged, or if there is an item missing in the delivery note, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any dispute concerning damage, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by within 3 days from the date of delivery as shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
